Designed by Dubbeldam Structure + Design for an outdoors-oriented household who spend a lot of their time on the location immersed in nature and lively pursuits, the clubhouse capabilities as the location’s central social and exercise hub. It combines a multipurpose clubhouse room – doubling as a versatile visitor suite – with a storage that shops out of doors leisure gear for actions like racquet sports activities, cross-country snowboarding, snowshoeing, and extra. An adjoining out of doors court docket for tennis, basketball, and pickleball (created within the clearing necessitated by the photo voltaic array), together with areas for bocce, horseshoes, and youngsters’s video games, reinforce the clubhouse’s function as a vacation spot for gathering and play.
