The city format of the condo buildings is predicated on the precept of a standard metropolis block, which defines a hierarchy and character of areas—from public road areas, via semi-private courtyards, to non-public entrance gardens. The proposed block kinds the nook of Sázavská and Okay Milířům streets. The spatial association of the buildings creates a semi-public courtyard oriented to the south, whereas leisure areas with vegetation are positioned within the western a part of the location.
